What You Can Expect from Your
New Patient Exam
Every New Patient Exam consists of 45 minutes of undivided attention from one of our experienced Doctor’s.
These exams include, but are not limited to:
A thorough review of your Health History,
An Orthopedic Test,
A Range of Motion Test,
X-ray’s (ages 16+)
After your new patient exam we will schedule you a follow up, "report of findings" review.
At this appointment, which is included in the cost of your in-take exam, you’ll sit down with the doctor, in her office for 25 minutes and go through your entire exam and the doctor’s recommended treatment plan with an itemized cost breakdown.
We do not accept major medical insurance for two reasons.
We believe in treating the whole body, not just a singular condition.
We believe that someone without a doctorate should not have the ability to dictate what a doctor is allowed to do.
However, we are more than happy to provide super bills for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
BOOKING YOUR INTAKE EXAM
You’re welcome to call our front desk ladies any time during our open hours and they will walk you through a series of brief questions.
We ask that you fill out the forms sent to your email 24 hours prior to your appointment time, this gives our doctors time to review your case. If you’re scheduling due to an auto collision, please have your forms filled out 48 hrs prior to your appointment time.
For those paying with cash, we ask for a deposit of $250 towards your care. This will be applied to anything done in-office for your initial exam.
