Questions

Are you accepting new patients?

YES! We see new patients multiple times a week.

Our New Patient appointments are about 45 minutes long, the Doctor is dedicated to quality care and gives you her undivided attention.

In this appointment the Doctor will take you through a series of tests that will gauge your mobility, range of motion, orthopedic and personal history, following up with you on what you are in office to be treated for. The Doctor will also take in-house x-rays to ensure that there is nothing unseen. Ensuring that you receive optimal care.

Do you bill insurance?

No, we are an out-of-network provider for all major medical insurances.

  • We do bill Medicare part B, however, we don’t bill advantage plans.

  • We do bill auto insurance after accidents.

We are happy to provide you with super bill statements that have the diagnostic codes and other information needed to submit for reimbursement.

How much does an adjustment cost?

Your cost is determined by the frequency of care in our office and the type of service received at your appointment (once established in our office).

On April 1st of every year, the Oregon State Fee Schedule changes⎯to remain in compliance with the State⎯we change our pricing in accordance with this fee schedule. Therefore, your cost will vary depending on what services you receive in our office.

We do ask for a deposit of $250 at your New Patient in-take exam. This deposit is applied to every service included in the new patient exam.
